The isura.blue GmbH (hereinafter also referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) considers data protection a core priority and consistently complies with the requirements of the European General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) as well as other applicable legal provisions.

This Privacy Policy provides transparent information in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR about how personal data of business partners and website visitors (“data subjects” as defined in Article 4 GDPR) is processed on the website www.isura.blue (“our website,” “this website”).

Personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual – directly or indirectly, as defined in Article 4 GDPR.

We have implemented technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data (e.g., server location in Germany, access authorization concepts, encryption, staff training).

3. Collection and storage of personal data

3.1 Indirect collection of general technical data

  • Date and time of page access
  • Pages/files accessed
  • Web analytics data (e.g., cookie ID, ad ID)
  • Referrer URL (the page from which access occurred)

This data is stored in anonymized form by the hosting provider.

3.2 Direct collection in the course of business activities

  • Salutation, first and last name
  • Contact details (e.g., email address, phone number, postal address, social media profiles)
  • Information about the business role within the company (e.g., position at suppliers, clients, or partners)
  • Banking, order, and payment data (generally company-related)

This data is collected through email contact and may be supplemented during the course of communication.

There is no member area or registration function on our website.

3.3 Sensitive data

As a rule, we do not collect sensitive data unless it is voluntarily disclosed, made public, or required by law or for the protection of legal rights.

3.5 Google analytics

We currently do not use Google Analytics or similar tracking services. If this changes in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly – including information on scope, purpose, legal basis, and your rights.

The data mentioned in Section 3.2 is processed in order to:

Retention periods generally range from 6 to 10 years. If multiple retention periods apply, the longest one takes precedence.

This website uses cookies for pseudonymized reach measurement. These cookies originate from the hosting provider’s server or, where applicable, from third parties.

We use the consent management tool Complianz, which regularly scans the website for cookies and documents them in the generated Cookie Policy (see Section 6: Placed Cookies).

Cookies enhance user-friendliness and functionality. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; however, this may limit certain website functions.
